  • Description:
    • The Estimator will create bids for commercial and residential projects. Estimator will be responsible to be detailed and knowledgeable to produce quality and timely estimates for our customers.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Has extreme attention to detail. Needs to follow project plans for all stated tasks.
    • Be able to interact with our customers (usually general contractors and sub trades) to ask questions and get clarifications.
    • Be able to produce professional detailed bids per company standard bidding procedures
    • Work on industry leading PlanSwift estimating software program.
    • Work with MS Excel.
  • Qualifications:
    • 10+ years as a commercial or industrial estimator

  • Description:
    • The Xactimate Estimator will use the latest Xactimate version to write estimates for commercial and residential projects. Estimator will be responsible to be detailed and knowledgeable to produce quality and timely estimates for our customers.

**Finder's Fee:

  • If in the position description, a finder's fee is offered, this means if you know of a person that is qualified for a specific position and at the time of their interview and before we hire them for a specific position offering a specific finder's fee amount, you notify us that you sent them to us (by email or candidate indicates), AND we hire them, AND they work for us for at least 45 business days; we will pay you the stated finder's fee.
